D&D Building served as the General Contractor on this project to renovate the existing public lobby at 80 Ottawa. This renovation required replacing all entry door hardware with custom oil rubbed bronze decorative hardware and handrails, replacing all existing carpet with new modern ceramic tile flooring and fresh paint throughout. We updated lighting with LED and custom feature fixtures, replaced elevator cab flooring and re-laminated decorative panels in elevators, and removed and replaced the existing ceiling.
